Travel Restriction Check
Detecting active immigration hold orders is the most underrated hiring red flag. Most employers have never run this check. Most people with a travel ban have never been asked about it. That gap is where the risk lives
Who needs it?

Why this check important?
A travel ban is not a minor inconvenience. It is a court or immigration authority formally preventing an individual from leaving the country. Behind every travel ban is a serious legal or financial obligation and almost always pending resolution.
The nature of that obligation matters as much as the ban itself. A tax default signals financial distress. A court restriction signals active legal proceedings. An immigration hold signals something else entirely. This check tells you which one and lets you decide what to do with that information.
This check searches official government and regulatory databases only. Conducted in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Candidate consent is obtained prior to screening. Every check generates a fully auditable record, source cited, timestamped, and reportable to regulators on request
